This policy explains what bokrio.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It describes how this website actually works, and we update it when the website changes.
1. Introduction
Bokrio (“Bokrio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects privacy and protects personal information shared when visiting bokrio.com or using our services.
2. Information We Collect
- Personal information. Your name, email address, phone number and company name when you voluntarily submit it — through the quote form, when booking a call, or when unlocking a report from the AI Visibility Audit.
- AI Visibility Audit data. The website address you enter, and the findings and scores our scan produces for it. We do not keep copies of the pages we scanned: the scanner reads a page, derives the findings and discards the HTML.
- Referral information. Any UTM parameters on the link that brought you and the referring page, so we know which campaign or link a enquiry came from.
- Consent record. Which version of the consent wording you agreed to, so it stays auditable if we change it.
- Opportunity calculator figures. If you use the calculator in a report, the numbers you entered. Those are your own commercial estimates, and we keep them only against your enquiry.
- Abuse prevention. A one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address — not the address itself — with a timestamp, so the free audit can be rate limited. It cannot be reversed into an IP address, and the rows are deleted as the limit window passes.
There is no advertising pixel, no retargeting tag and no third-party analytics product installed on this website. We do not collect browser type, pages visited or time on page. Our hosting and email providers keep their own server logs, which normally include IP addresses; we do not control their retention.

4. Communications and Telephone Consumer Protection
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from Bokrio related to our services, including replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and account and service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, and you can get assistance by replying HELP or by emailing us at info@bokrio.com. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who process it on our instructions and for no other purpose — our hosting provider, which runs this website and its database, and our email provider, which delivers the messages the forms send. We may also share information when legally required, or in connection with a business transfer.
If a client engagement means we work inside your own tools — your website, ad account or CRM — that access is covered by the agreement we sign with you, not by this policy.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate information
- request deletion of your personal information
- opt out of marketing communications
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Cookies and Local Storage
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Two things are stored in your browser:

10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
11. Using the AI Visibility Audit
Run the audit on websites you own or are authorised to analyse. The scanner requests only publicly available pages, using ordinary HTTP requests, and identifies itself honestly as BokrioAuditBot. Individual reports have no public URL of their own and are not indexed by search engines. Please do not put confidential information into the audit tool or the contact form.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
13. Retention
We keep audit findings and enquiry details while there is a live business reason to hold them, and delete rate-limit hashes automatically as their window passes. Ask us and we will delete what we hold about you.
