Bokrio provides customer-acquisition services for service businesses, including but not limited to website design and build, search engine optimization, Google Ads management, funnel and follow-up optimization, and related consulting. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual agreements with clients.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Website. You may not use the Website to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bokrio or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

Platform names — Google, Bing, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Microsoft — are used on this Website to describe what we check and who operates which crawler. Bokrio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any of them.

6. Communications and SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us, including phone calls, SMS messages, and emails related to the services you have requested or inquired about.

6.1 SMS Program Description

Bokrio offers SMS messaging to leads and customers who opt in by providing a phone number through a form on our website, including the quote form and the AI Visibility Audit. Message types include: replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, account and service notifications, and, only with separate marketing consent, occasional marketing and promotional messages about our services.

6.2 Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you text STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through a form on our website.

6.3 Help and Support

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@bokrio.com.

6.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6.5 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6.6 Age Restriction

The SMS service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

6.7 Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. The AI Visibility Audit

The audit is free and provided as-is. Run it on websites you own or are authorised to analyse. It fetches publicly available pages using ordinary HTTP requests — the same ones any visitor or search crawler makes — and identifies itself honestly as BokrioAuditBot rather than impersonating another crawler. We rate limit it, and we may refuse or stop a scan that looks abusive.

What the score means matters, so to be explicit about it:

• It measures website-level readiness — whether an AI search system can reach, read, understand and cite your site.
• It does not query ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot, and it therefore cannot tell you whether any of them currently recommends your business.
• It does not measure off-site signals — citations, backlinks, reviews, forum presence, news coverage or share of voice.
• It is not a ranking, and a Bokrio score is not comparable with a number from any other tool. There is no universal AI visibility score.
• The opportunity calculator models scenarios from figures you enter. It is not a measurement, not a forecast, and not revenue you are currently losing.

Findings are automated and can be incomplete — each report states its own scan confidence and marks what could not be verified. Decisions you take on the back of it are yours.

8. The Seven-Day Guarantee

Our promise is: live in 7 days or your site is free. The terms of it:

• The seven days start when you approve the plan on the call, not when you first enquire.
• If the site is not live on your domain within seven days of that approval, you do not pay the website build fee.
• It covers the website build fee only. Ongoing SEO, Google Ads management and ad spend are separate and are not covered.
• The clock pauses while we are waiting on you — content, logins, domain access, or sign-off. We cannot ship a site we cannot access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bokrio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bokrio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, lead volume or revenue. Search engines and AI systems do not take instructions from agencies. The one thing we do guarantee is the delivery promise in section 8. Anything on this Website describing results is a record of what happened for a specific client, not a prediction for yours.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
