Website design that books jobs, not compliments
Most service-business websites are brochures with a phone number at the bottom. They load, they look fine, and they never once ask for the job.

What a service-business website is actually for
A service-business website has one job: turn the visitor into a call, a form or a booking. Design matters only insofar as it makes that easier. A site that looks excellent and produces nothing has failed at the only task it was given, and most of them are judged on the wrong half.
Why a good-looking site still doesn’t ring the phone
Three failures, none of which show up in a design review.
It never asks for the job
A hero image, an About section, a services list and a phone number in the footer. Nothing on the first screen says what you do, who you do it for, or what to press. The visitor leaves without ever refusing anything, because nothing was offered.
It took four months and moved twice
Discovery, wireframes, three rounds of revisions, a content deadline nobody met. By launch the offer has changed and the invoice has grown. The longer a rebuild takes, the less it resembles the business it was designed for.
It was built where nobody can find it
Text baked into images, content that only appears after JavaScript runs, one page trying to rank for six services. Beautiful in a browser, close to invisible to a search engine or an AI assistant.
What is actually in the build
Every part of this is ours to deliver. You approve the plan once, answer a short questionnaire, and the next thing you see is a working site.
What you do, who for, and the action — visible before any scroll, on a phone, in sunlight
One page per thing you sell, so each can rank and answer its own questions
Tap-to-call, a short form, and a calendar where it fits
We write it. No content deadline for you to miss
Built to load fast on a phone on cell data, not on your desk
Calls and forms attributed before the first visitor arrives
Crawlable, readable without JavaScript, plainly stated facts
The site, the domain, the accounts. Yours, not rented from us
Live in seven days, and almost none of your time
Audit
We look at what you have, where the enquiries are being lost, and what the first screen has to say.
Plan
Pages, offer, and the one sentence the first screen leads with. You approve it once — that approval starts the clock.
Build
Copy, design, pages and tracking, all of it ours. One short questionnaire is everything we need from you.
Launch
Live with tracking wired in from the first visitor, so nothing has to be measured after the fact.
The clock starts when you approve the plan and pauses whenever it’s with you, so the only thing that can make it late is us.
Designed by people who have to make the phone ring
Most web design is sold by the project and judged on whether the client likes it. This is built by the same people who then have to produce calls from it, which turns out to change every decision.
No handover between a salesperson, a designer and whoever inherits the account. The same people own the outcome.
A short build forces decisions about what actually matters. Four-month projects drift because nothing makes them stop.
The most common reason a rebuild stalls is a client content deadline. We remove it by writing the copy ourselves.
Calls and forms are attributed from launch. Retrofitting tracking later means the first months are unmeasurable.
Content that only exists after JavaScript runs is invisible to a lot of what now reads the web. We build the text into the HTML.
The site, the accounts and the tracking are handed over. Nothing stops working because you stopped paying us.
Results we can show you
These are from client work in other categories, and they’re the only numbers on this page:
Genergy is the closest read for a service business: the number that mattered was inbound calls, not rankings.
How a website should be judged
Not on bounce rate, time on page or a design opinion. A service-business site is judged on how many visitors become calls and forms, and what each one cost. Everything else is an input worth watching and a poor reason to celebrate.
That means tracking has to sit on the phone number and the form before launch, not be added once someone asks why the numbers look flat. It is the difference between a site you can improve and a site you can only admire.
Website design questions we get on every call
Can you really build a website in seven days?
Yes, and the guarantee is the proof we mean it: live in 7 days or the website is free. It works because the scope is decided before the clock starts and because we write the copy rather than waiting on yours. The clock pauses whenever the work is with you for approval, so the only thing that can make it late is us.
What does "live in 7 days or it’s free" actually mean?
You approve the plan, which starts a seven-day clock. If the site is not live at the end of it for a reason on our side, you do not pay for the build. The clock pauses while anything is waiting on you — an approval, an asset, a decision — because otherwise the guarantee would just be a bet on how fast you reply.
Do we have to write the content?
No. Content deadlines are the single most common reason a rebuild sits unfinished for months, so we removed that dependency: we write the copy from a short questionnaire and the audit, and you review it. If you want to write it yourself you can, but nothing waits on it.
What happens to our existing site and rankings?
If the current site has pages with traffic, they are mapped and redirected rather than abandoned, which is the part most rebuilds get wrong and then blame on the new design. The audit tells us what is worth keeping before anything is touched.
Do we own the website afterwards?
Yes. The site, the domain, the analytics and the tracking accounts are yours and stay yours. Nothing turns off because you stop working with us, which is deliberate — a site you cannot leave with is a rental, not an asset.
Will it work on a phone?
It is designed for a phone first, because that is where most service-business traffic already is, and it is tested on cell-speed connections rather than office wifi. Tap-to-call sits on every screen because a phone visitor who has to hunt for a number usually does not.
How much does a website cost?
The price is fixed before anything starts, so the invoice cannot move mid-build. What it is depends on how many services need their own page and whether tracking and search work are in scope — that is what the call is for. There is no hourly billing and no change-request line.
Can you work with our existing site instead of rebuilding?
Often, yes, and the audit tells you which case you are in before anyone quotes you. If the structure is sound and it loads well, the fixes may be content and technical. If the platform fights every change, a rebuild is usually cheaper than working around it for a year.
Is Bokrio a web design agency?
People search for one, so that is the phrase, but it describes the category rather than what Bokrio is. The website is one part of a customer-acquisition system that also covers search, ads and follow-up, and the whole thing is judged on booked work. A site we could not make produce calls would not be a success here, however it looked.
